Since 2003 it has organized the most successful German-language developer conference, “Quo Vadis” in Berlin and as of 2008, Europe’s first cultural festival focused on gaming, the “Living Games Festival”. In 2010 the first international event, the “European Games Award”, got off to a successful start. Both the German Game Developer Award and the Living Games Festival are official projects of the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010.
